		Next Project	For this $14 million renovation for the Pre-K program in Newton, full F&E services were provided along with extensive inventory and reuse of existing furniture and equipment. Programming, layouts, specifications, installation, and punchlist follow-through were provided along with move coordination.
FF&E services involves programming, standards development, reuse of existing, mockups/ samples, full budget development, specifications, bidding, recommendations, tracking, building coordination, installation documents and PM services of installation and follow-up.
